About Goldie Homes

We create design-led homes that bring better architecture to a broader market.

Our belief

At Goldie Homes, we believe good design should not be limited to high-end one-off homes.

We believe architecture has the power to improve daily life — through light, ventilation, energy-conscious design, better spatial planning and a stronger connection to climate and lifestyle.

Our ambition is to make those qualities more attainable.

What Goldie is building

Goldie Homes is developing a new housing model focused on delivering design-driven homes in a smarter, more efficient way.

Rather than accepting generic suburbia as the norm, we are working toward homes with greater individuality, better performance and a more enjoyable living experience — while still being commercially realistic.

Why Burleigh Heads matters

The Burleigh Heads project home is an important next step in that vision. It represents Goldie’s effort to bring strong design thinking into the project home space, with a focus on lifestyle, flexibility and value.

It is the beginning of a broader direction for the brand.

Founder: Nick Browne

Goldie Homes was founded by Nick Browne, who focuses on creating homes that feel relaxed, climate-responsive and deeply connected to the way people actually live in Southeast Queensland.

Nick’s earlier project, the Daydream House, gained national attention through Grand Designs Australia and helped establish the design values that continue to shape Goldie Homes today.

Those values include:

  • climate-responsive design

  • strong spatial experience

  • individuality without excess

  • architectural quality that feels warm and livable
