About Goldie
Goldie creates design-led homes for families seeking better living, better value and more personality than a standard project home.
Our belief
Good design should not be limited to high-end one-off homes.
At Goldie, we believe better architecture improves daily life through light, airflow, practical planning and a stronger connection to nature and lifestyle.
Our goal is to make those qualities more attainable for more families.
Founder: Nick Browne
Goldie Homes was founded by Nick Browne, whose work focuses on homes that feel relaxed, practical and connected to the way people live in Southeast Queensland.
Nick’s earlier project, the Daydream House, gained national attention through Grand Designs Australia and helped shape the design values behind Goldie Homes today.
What Goldie is delivering
Goldie is developing a new housing model focused on better-designed homes delivered in a smarter and more efficient way.
The aim is simple: create homes with more individuality, better performance and stronger everyday livability, while remaining commercially realistic for modern families.
A smarter way to provide architectural housing
Goldie is developing a project home model focused on design quality, delivery efficiency and better overall value.
Homes are produced through an Australian-run factory process, then assembled onsite in Queensland by registered local builders.
This approach is intended to make design-led homes more attainable and easier to deliver.
