Burleigh Heads is being delivered through an Australian-run factory production process with standards-focused systems, then assembled onsite in Queensland by registered local builders.
The aim is simple: to make design-driven homes more attainable and more efficient to deliver.

Goldie Homes is founded by Nick Browne, whose earlier home, the Daydream House, became widely recognised after appearing on Grand Designs Australia.
That project helped establish Goldie’s design language and construction methodology: homes that feel relaxed, memorable and deeply connected to climate and lifestyle without breaking the budget. Burleigh Heads takes that thinking and applies it to a more attainable project home model.
